One of my favorite bands playing the closest to me they’d ever play and the last time I’d see them play a venue this small.

This would end up my only time seeing both Ramones and White Zombie. I remember lots of moshing.
A second year of the HFSMas Nutcracker meant I knew what I was getting, and it was another great show. Garbage and Dave Matthews Band were my faves.

My first Springsteen show. After the Clapton show, I’d learned my lesson, and had listened to his solo acoustic album enough to make the night enjoyable, leading to my first rule of concert going: the more songs you know, the better time you have.

Seeing Phish again, this time with Heather. I don’t think she liked them any more than Chris did.
After getting a brief taste of Saigon Kick opening for Extreme, I was interested in more. Unfortunately the singer had split and the guitarist was now singing, to lesser effect.

Monster wasn’t my favorite R.E.M. album, but they certainly made an effort to play cuts of that and everything else.
